Rental Application: $35.00 Application Fee Per Application.

If you are not approved the application fee will be refunded.

If you are approved the application fee is not refundable except under the Security Deposit Agreement of the Contract.

All occupants that are 18 yrs or older are required to pass a background check with Silent Valley.

Please provide a copy of each person's Driver's License or other Picture Identification,

Social Security Card and Income Verification. (Pay Stub or letter from employer on company letterhead.)
