All rents are due in advance of the 1st day of the month. All payments are late if not paid in full by the 3rd day of the month. Late fees are assessed on the 4th, in the amount of $25.00, & $5.00 per day after the 4th.

We will start mowing and trimming this week. Please make sure to have your yard mowed & trimmed before we come by.
If you notice that a streetlight is not working or is turning on and off, please call the office and report the location of the light that is not working.
Renters...don't forget to come by the office and pick up your A/C filter!

No speeding, 10 MPH in the community.
No trampolines.
9:00 pm Curfew for under 18yrs. old, even during holidays and summer.
No parking in the grass.
Written maintenance requests required.
No pets over 20 lbs.
No pets without permission.
No trespassing.

Silent Valley Pet Policy
We allow small indoor pets with a pet deposit of $300.00, and a pet deposit agreement must be signed.
Some homes with new carpet will not be allowed to have pets at all.
All Pets must be on a leash when outside, If being tied outside, someone must be present at all times with the animal!
Silent Valley will place traps from time to time on the property to catch feral and loose animals. We are not responsible if we catch your loose animal. All animals caught will go the Lockhart Animal Shelter. If the animal is displaying extreme aggression or appears to be seriously ill then the animal may be put to sleep.
The City of Lockhart requires all dogs to have Annual Licensing Tags in addition to Rabies Vaccination Tags. These tags can be obtained at the Lockhart Animal Shelter at 547 Old McMahan Rd. or at your local Vet's office. Failure to license your dog will result in a citation and a fine. Cats are not required to have City Tags, but are required to have Rabies Tag and must stay in your yard.

Our Spurs Basketball Ticket Drawing is starting again for the rest of the 2012 Season!
Congratulations to all of our winners!
During
The Spurs' preseason and regular playing season we will be giving away 1 pair of
11th row tickets, including parking to an upcoming Spurs Basketball game each
month. What's the catch? All you have to do to enter your name in the drawing is
to do something you normally do every month anyway...pay the rent!!!
When you pay your rent to Silent Valley on time and in the full amount due you will be entered in our drawing. All rents are due no later than the 3rd of each month. We will draw from the qualifying residents on the 5th of each month and the winner will be notified by phone or by a note being placed on their door. Winners must pick up their tickets in person at the office. We must be notified immediately if the winner does not wish to participate. We will draw again at that time. No substitutions and no date changes will be allowed. This drawing will be held starting in November 2010 and will end in March 2011. Good Luck!
